What we know about you, and why

The data controller is JAIME SIGNES SOLER SL, trading as Boinet, at Calle de Teulada 31, 03740 Gata de Gorgos, Alicante, Spain. Full company identification, including tax and registry references, is on the aviso legal.

We do not currently meet the criteria requiring a designated Data Protection Officer; enquiries go to the same address and are handled by the person responsible for compliance.

We never collect card numbers. Payment details are entered on the payment processor’s own encrypted form and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

The box that lets us process your order and the box that signs you up for emails are two different boxes, and neither is ticked in advance. Refusing marketing has no effect on your purchase, your delivery or your rights. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

• Carriers — name, address and phone, so the parcel can be delivered.
• The payment processor — the amount and the reference. Card data goes to them directly from you, not through us.
• Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under written agreements that oblige them to the same standards.
• Public authorities, where a law requires disclosure.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks, and there is no advertising or profiling tracker on this site.

Our providers process data within the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a transfer outside the EEA is unavoidable, it is covered either by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical measures. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to support@jaimesignessoler.lol.

• Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correction of anything inaccurate.
• Erasure — deletion, where we have no overriding legal duty to keep it.
• Restriction — freezing processing while a dispute is resolved.
• Portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done beforehand.

Write to support@jaimesignessoler.lol. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, aepd.es), or to the supervisory authority of your own country of residence.

This store is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Buyers aged 13 to 17 must give the email address of a parent or guardian at checkout, and we contact that address to confirm the purchase. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, write to support@jaimesignessoler.lol and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer enquiries. Data is deleted when its retention period ends rather than archived indefinitely. If a breach ever affected your rights and freedoms we would notify the AEPD within 72 hours and tell you directly.
