We sell headwear: flat caps, eight-panel newsboy caps, boinas, duckbill and ivy caps, and lined winter caps. Every product page states the exact fibre composition in English and Spanish, the weave, the cloth weight in g/m², the lining material, the peak length in centimetres, the finished weight in grams, the head-circumference ranges in centimetres and inches, a fit note, and the care instructions.

• Where a cap contains wool or cashmere, that animal-derived content is stated. Cashmere content is given as an exact percentage.
• Where a cap has a leather sweatband, its chromium (VI) content is declared at ≤ 3 mg/kg in accordance with EN ISO 17075.
• No cap on this site is sold in a single universal size. Every style is offered in head-circumference ranges.
• Colours on screen depend on your display. The macro photograph on each product page is the most accurate representation of the cloth we can give you.

• All prices on this site are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). There is no currency switcher and no regional pricing. Prices currently range from USD 38 for a single cap to USD 264 for the largest rotation.
• Spanish Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) (value added tax) at 21% applies to orders where it is legally due. The tax treatment applicable to your order is shown before payment. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be invoiced without Spanish IVA, in which case import duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by you.
• Prices include the goods only. Shipping is quoted separately and is free on standard shipping for orders over USD 99.
• The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment you confirm it, even if the price changes afterwards.

Buying three colours of one style costs 12% less than buying the same three caps separately. This is how the range is priced, all year round. It is a standing price, not a promotion: there is no countdown, no end date, and no earlier higher price.

Because of that, set prices are never displayed as a struck-through “was” price. Where we ever do show a reference price against a single item, that reference will be the lowest price we applied to that item in the preceding 30 days, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/2161. At present no product on this site carries a struck-through price.

Any first-order discount code is single-use per customer unless its own terms say otherwise, cannot be combined with another code, and does not apply to wholesale orders. The conditions of any code are shown wherever the code is offered.

1. You add caps or a set to the cart. The cart applies the set price automatically.
2. At checkout you enter your name, email, phone and delivery address, and confirm the required agreements. The payment step stays locked until those fields are complete.
3. You are shown the full amount, including tax and shipping, before any payment is taken.
4. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil the order we tell you promptly and refund any amount charged.

Before confirming you can go back and change anything in the cart or in the form. Errors spotted after confirmation can be corrected by writing to support@jaimesignessoler.lol as soon as possible.

• Payment is taken at the time of the order, through the payment method configured for this store. The accepted card schemes are listed in the footer of every page.
• The payment form is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection by the payment processor. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on that form, never on our pages, and are never stored on our servers.
• Card data is handled in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) by the processor. We receive only the result of the transaction and the last digits of the card for reconciliation.
• Where strong customer authentication applies, your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. An order that fails authentication is not completed and nothing is charged.
• If a payment is declined, the order is not concluded. We do not retry a declined payment automatically.

• Orders are dispatched from Spain. Shipping methods, carriers, indicative transit times, destinations and rates are set out in envíos y devoluciones.
• Where no delivery date is agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of the contract being concluded, as required by Spanish law.
• If we cannot deliver within that period we will tell you and you may set an additional reasonable period; if that also passes, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier chosen by you rather than by us, take physical possession of the goods.

Our products are ordinary textile goods and are not subject to licensing. Even so, the following restrictions apply to orders:

• We ship only to the destinations listed in the shipping policy. We cannot ship to countries or persons subject to European Union or United Nations sanctions.
• Orders shipped outside the European Union are exports. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in the destination country are payable by you and are not included in the price. Customs may open a parcel for inspection.
• Products containing animal-derived fibres (wool, cashmere) may be subject to import declaration requirements in some countries. The composition declared on the product page is the composition declared on the customs paperwork.
• We do not sell to anyone under 13. Buyers aged 13 to 17 must provide the email address of a parent or guardian at checkout.

As a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Where a set is bought, you may return part of it; the returned cap is refunded at its single price and the set discount is recovered pro rata. Goods are covered by the Spanish legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from delivery, with a two-year period during which any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery. Spare parts and repair support remain available for 10 years after a style is discontinued. See garantía legal.

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods and for damage caused by our fault, in accordance with Spanish law. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse, from washing a cap in a machine when the care instructions forbid it, from alterations made by a third party, or from normal wear.

Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Write to support@jaimesignessoler.lol first — most matters are settled that way. If we cannot resolve it between us, you have these routes:

• Junta Arbitral de Consumo (consumer arbitration board) — a free, out-of-court arbitration route for consumers. We will consider each request to arbitrate on its merits.
• EU Online Dispute Resolution platform — available to consumers resident in the European Union at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
• Consumer authority of the Comunitat Valenciana — the Dirección General de Consumo of the Generalitat Valenciana, competent for our registered office in Alicante.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer resident in another European Union member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

We may update these conditions. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the moment you confirmed it, and we keep a copy of that version with the order record.
