Where it goes, how long it takes, what it costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over USD 99 to every destination we ship to. Below that, the standard rate for your zone applies. Express shipping is always charged at the rate shown, whatever the order value.

The threshold is measured on the goods total after any set price is applied, before shipping and before tax.

Transit times are counted from dispatch, not from the order, and exclude weekends and Spanish public holidays. They are carrier estimates, not guarantees. The exact rate for your order is shown before payment.

• Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Everything ships from our premises in Gata de Gorgos, Alicante, Spain.
• You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of the dispatch email, write to support@jaimesignessoler.lol.
• Where no delivery date has been agreed, delivery happens within 30 days of the contract at the latest, as Spanish law requires.

• Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duty, local tax and a clearance fee. These are set by the destination country, are payable by you, and are not included in our prices.
• The customs declaration states the goods honestly, at the price paid. We do not under-declare value or mark commercial goods as a gift.
• We cannot ship to countries or persons subject to European Union or United Nations sanctions, or to destinations our carriers do not serve. If we cannot ship to your address we tell you within one working day and refund in full.

1. Photograph the parcel and the contents before doing anything else, and email support@jaimesignessoler.lol within a reasonable time of delivery.
2. We arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement, or refund you in full — your choice.
3. For a parcel that never arrives, we open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed. You are not asked to chase the carrier yourself, and you are not left waiting on the outcome of the claim to be made whole.
4. Return shipping is never charged to you when the fault is ours.

This is the statutory right of withdrawal and it has its own page with the model form and the numbers: derecho de desistimiento. In summary:

• 14 days from receipt to tell us, then 14 days to send the goods back.
• Ask for a return reference first — it is what matches your parcel to your order.
• Refund within 14 days of us being informed, including the standard outbound delivery cost.
• Return postage is paid by you when you simply changed your mind, and by us when the goods were faulty or wrong.
• Returning one cap out of a set is allowed. It is refunded at its single price and the set discount is recovered pro rata — worked example.

A fault is not a change of mind and is not limited to 14 days. The legal guarantee of conformity runs for 3 years from delivery, and repairs are free within it. See garantía legal.
